Postage UK Customers
All our products are posted via Royal Mail 1st class delivery, a proof of postage receipt is always retained. If you wish to opt for a Recorded delivery or Special delivery service please contact us prior to ordering and we will amend the total price to include the extra postage charge! The cost for these services depend on the product and quantity.
Postage Non UK Customers
Customers ordering from outside of the UK can opt for International Signed for or Airmail shipping. Both services come at an extra cost and the cost depends on the quantity ordered and the destination country! The difference between the two is International Signed for insures your shipment against loss, theft and a signature is required upon delivery! Airmail is a standard shipping service with no insurance or signature needed. Please not International signed for is slightly more expensive than airmail.
Design!
Once you have confirmed you are happy with your deisgn and have signed it off we are no longer resposible for any edits or reprints/reproductions. Any reprints/reproductions will be charged accordingly and edits will be charged at £20.00 per edit.
Images for print!
Please ensure all images are of a high resolution and preferably a PDF or Hi Res Jpeg. MPM Wristbands can not be held responsible for low quality prints on any of our products if the customer does not supply the correct file type. Please note that for custom printed wristbands all images and text are printed in Black ink! If you require multicoloured logos or coloured print please contact us prior to ordering as there is an extra charge for this service.
