All our products are posted via courier or Royal Mail, a proof of postage receipt is always retained. It is down to the customer to make sure their postage service is suitable for their order and a tracking number can be offered when available. Tracking details will be emailed to the email address provided.
We will quote on either freight or courier services, which ever is most suitable.
Design confirmation can be carried out either by making payment, over the phone or emailing confirmation. Once you have confirmed you are happy with your design we are no longer responsible for any edits or reprints/reproductions. Any reprints/reproductions will be charged accordingly and edits will be charged at £30.00 per edit. Please note there are sometimes variations in colours and shades from the proof to the finished product. This is due to screen resolution, materials used and print techniques. We do not offer refunds or re-production for minor colour shade variations. If the customer does not supply a Pantone ref we will match the colour as best as we can.
Please ensure all images are of a high resolution and preferably an a.i, EPS, PDF or Hi Res 300dpi Jpeg. MPM Wristbands can not be held responsible for low quality prints on any of our products if the customer does not supply the correct file type. Please note that for custom printed Tyvek Wristbands all images and text are printed in Black ink! If you require multicoloured logos or coloured print please contact us prior to ordering as there is an extra charge for this service.
Our products are dispatched using Royal Mail, Freight, TNT & FedEx courier services. MPM Wristbands Ltd is not responsible for postage delays or lost items whilst in transit. Neither are we liable for consequential loss. MPM Wristbands Ltd always recommends using a fully insured postal service and are not responsible for the replacement of lost, delayed or damaged goods. Our orders are dispatched using various services some insured & some not, it is up to the customer to opt for a fully insured service suitable for their order at their own cost.
After reviewing your design proof if you require any amendments please inform us immediately and we will proceed to make the requested changes. You are entitled to a total of three free edits whilst the design process is on going.
Once you have confirmed you are happy with the design we will sign it off and after payment has been received your products will be sent to production. After the design has been signed off we are no longer responsible for any changes and reserve the right to charge for any extra edits & reprints. Our turn around times are estimates and not guaranteed time frames and can increase without notice. We will not be held responsible for missed delivery dates or extended production/turn around times, our production times can involve internal carriage times which are out of our control and can some times vary. We advise placing your order 4 - 6 weeks prior to your requested delivery date to avoid any unwanted delays. This also applies to the current Coronavirus Pandemic. Rush production 3 - 5 day is available at an additional cost on some products.
Please be aware we do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom made products unless we are liable for any design defects. Please bear in mind that proofs are digitally created and there might be slight variations in colour or look when compared to the final physical product. Please take time in reviewing your proofs as we will not be held responsible for any errors once you have confirmed you are happy to proceed to production, confirmation of design can be made via email, telephone, writing or making payment. We must be instructed to start production.
All invoices are paid upon receipt except for local authority. Late payments are subject to a 10% daily increase and canceled orders prior to production but after invoicing are subject to a 30% of the total amount cancelation fee, if the order is less than £150.00 a £50.00 charge will be applied. Orders cancelled after confirmation and production starting, full payment is required. After receipt of goods, you have 48hrs to report any discrepancies in quantities or goods of unsatisfactory quality.
Unless notified pre invoice generation all terms are deemed as accepted.
